IMPROVEMENT OF REGULATORY FRAMEWORK OF COMMUNAL SERVICES

Assisting the Ministry of Finance and the National Agency for Communal Services (Uzkommunkhizmat) in improving the regulatory framework for the provision of municipal electricity, water supply, district heating, waste management, and housing services. Development of reform strategies to implement cost-recovery tariff policies and put in place a safety net for low-income families.
